Detailed Recruitment / Hiring Procedures

  • Sourcing of Potential Applicants – Our company has retained a connection with possible sources of potential workers all over the country from the farthest reaches of the north up to the last provinces in the south.
  • Screening – Our company, extensively screens and interviews its applicants to ensure that the company will be provided with the basic information of the applicants together with their preferences.
     
  • Trade Test – The applicants are tested for an adequate time to test their skills in the trade they have chosen and to determine their aptitude for international job placements.
  • Selection and Processing – Potential applicants who appropriately match the employer’s requirements are considered for the job and their documents are processed for immediate deployment.
  •  Company Orientation – Our company subjects the applicants to a pre – departure seminar or orientation as well as provides the applicants with all the necessary documents that they might need

  • Documentation – Our company obtains all the necessary documents from the applicants, i.e. passport, NBI clearance and other required documents.
  • Medical Examination – Our company subjects the applicants to a thorough check – up to fulfill existing government requirements. The applicants should pass the physical examination (drug test, mental check – up and pregnancy test for females) to qualify for any position.
